This wasn’t an easy sale for Buddy or myself. There was lots of legal work and unusual things that had to be done. Buddy kept his cool all the way through the whole sale and guided me along the way no matter how man time a day I might call him with questions. He always had an answer or he would get back with me with an answer. He was always very processional in everyway.
